After we've received your deposit, we will email you the book  draft within one week. "You cannot disclosure any part or theme of the book to any third parties without prior written permission from us. The books are  solely for your personal review , until you complete the auction purchase, in which case full book rights will be transferred to you." If you do not purchase the book, you must destroy your copy of the book draft  and  agree not to disclose any part of the book to any third parties. You will acquire the book and all rights to the book, if you are the highest bidder. If you are the highest bidder, you will be notified through email or phone. Send your bid check to us along with your email notification. Our lawyer will have you sign the paper work to assign all rights of the book to you.

A bid is a binding contract. If you win an item, you're obligated to complete the transaction. "All bids are active until the auction ends. Except under special circumstances, bid retraction is not permitted. Insincere bidding is not permitted." If you are the highest bidder when the auction ends, you must send us your check in the full amount, within three business days through FED EX overnight mail, after you have received a notice from us.
