1) Billing questions:

2) How can I receive my book Volume One?
We don't ship books. After you have made a purchase, you will receive a book file in your email within 24-48 hours. It is an online book. The book will be in word document or PDF file or adobe file or other file.

3) Why didn't I receive an email?
You need to check your email right away after you've made a purchase. If you didn't receive an email, please check your spam folder. Sometimes, emails may go to your spam folder.

4) Do the books have copyright?
Yes, both books have copyright.

5) How soon can you reply to my email?
I will respond within 24 to 48 hours.

6) When will Volume II or Volume III come out?
They are currently only available for auction. But we may publish them later.

7) Is the book fiction or non-fiction?
It’s non-fiction.

8) Problem about receive more than one email receipt for the subscription:
You probably clicked on the submit order" bottom more than once when you subscribed to the service, charging your account again. We will most likely catch this ourselves. You can send your email: sales@auctionrarebooks.com including your user name, your real name, and all the order numbers from your multiple receipts. Your account should be credited within 3 to 14 business days.

9) Refund problem: Can I get refund?
No refunds are available after you have made the purchase. Otherwise only duplicate charges can be refund. That’s our policy.

10) Problem about no credit, but want to buy the books.
You can use our online check, or you can send us your certified check or money order.

11) How to  track my order?

12) Do you sell your email list of customers who join spam the companies?
No! We will never release your personal information to anyone outside third party or mailing list.
